Type Specific HashCode function

Parameters:

o - the element that the hashcode is requested for (if object may be null)

Returns:

hashcode for the given entry

equals

boolean equals(boolean key,
               boolean value)

Type Specific Equals function

Parameters:

key - the first element that should be compared with

value - the second element that should be compared with (if object may be null)

Returns:

if the elements match
